Den 5. oktober finder jeg vinderen af et skræddersyet træningsprogram lavet af mig til dig! Det kan være, du har et ønske om at tabe dig, strammes op, at kunne løbe eller noget helt fjerde! Der er SÅ mange derude, som har et ønske om at ændre på nogle ting, men mangler en til at give dem skubbet! Jeg er her for lige netop det!

The fifth of October the winner of a personally designed training program by me will be found! It may be that you have a desire to lose weight, be fitter, become better at running or something completely different! There are SO many people out there who have a desire to change some things but need someone to give them the last push! I am here to give you that push!

En af mine seje læsere kan vinde et træningsprogram lavet specielt efter én af jeres mål! Træningsprogrammet vil tage hensyn til eventuelle skader, om der er adgang til et fitnesscenter eller ej og hvad der ellers skulle være af problematikker – der er INGEN som ikke kan deltage. Også mine udenlandske følgere skal være mere end velkomne til at deltage! 🙂

One of my awesome readers has the opportunity to win a custimized training program. designed specifically for one of your goals! The training program will take into consideration any injuries, if there is access to a gym or not or if something else should be problematic. There is NONE who cannot participate. Also my foreign followers must be more than welcome to participate! 🙂
